Community guidelines
Seven rules. They exist so that a finding posted here can be trusted, checked and quoted by the next person.
Be specific and civil
Say exactly what you found and where. Disagree with a reading of a clause as hard as you like, but argue about the clause, not about the person who posted it. Personal attacks, harassment and slurs are removed.
Quote the document and give the page
A finding is a verbatim quote from a specific contract with the page it came from. Paraphrase in the body, not in the quote. If you cannot point to a page, post it as a question instead.
Label AI analyses with the tool you used
If a model wrote or shaped your analysis, say which one and how you used it. Every analysis is shown with the label Member analysis. Not a Commons council score. It never changes a contract grade.
No personal health information
Never post anyone's prescriptions, diagnoses, claims, member ids or anything that could identify a patient, including your own. The Commons is about contracts, not about people's care.
No requester identity from public information requests
Request threads may discuss what a request asked for, when it was sent and what came back. They may not name or hint at the person who sent it. Request pages show status and dates only for the same reason.
The Commons may hide or remove posts
Posts go live immediately. A council member may later hide a post (you still see it, with a notice), remove it, pin it, or mark it reviewed, verified or disputed. Every such action is logged. Members can report posts and comments; reports go to the same queue.
Member posts are the member's own views
What members publish here is their own work and their own view. It is not a Commons council score, not legal advice and not a statement by BetterBuyRx or anyone whose contract is discussed.

About the model contract
The rubric the Commons scores against is built on the open source model PBM contract published by Mark Cuban and collaborators, version 3.5. BetterBuy Rx did not write it and is not affiliated with its authors. Quoting the model contract or comparing a clause to it does not mean its authors or the PBM Commons council agree with your post. Attribution is not endorsement.
