Clause tracker

What PBMs actually agree to

Negotiators report, anonymously if they want, which clauses of the model PBM contract a vendor accepted, accepted with edits, rejected, or simply never answered. We verify each report, then publish the counts by clause and by vendor.

Report a negotiation

How this works

One row per clause, one report per negotiation

Every clause in the tracker comes from the open source model PBM contract, version 3.5. For each clause a negotiator picks one of five answers: accepted, accepted with edits, rejected, no response, or not raised. They can paste the reason the PBM gave and any counter language the PBM offered. Reports arrive with no name attached unless the sender chooses otherwise, and we review each one before it appears here.

The model contract we score against is the open source PBM contract published by Mark Cuban and collaborators, version 3.5. BetterBuy Rx did not write it and is not affiliated with its authors. Read the original on LinkedIn.
