TRS lists three Express Scripts contracts, CTR001987 (TRS-ActiveCare, May 31, 2023 to August 31, 2026), CTR001988 (TRS-Care Standard) and CTR001989 (TRS-Care Medicare Rx, both September 15, 2023 to December 31, 2026). Only the attestation letters and a memo to file are posted. TRS told the LBB it will not upload contract documents because it pays with non appropriated funds.
