Dear Public Information Officer:

Under the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 552, I request copies of the following records relating to the prescription drug benefit of the The Texas A&M University System employee health plan:

1. The current executed pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services agreement, including all exhibits, schedules, addenda, amendments, renewals and extensions;
2. All pricing exhibits and schedules, including discount and dispensing-fee guarantees, rebate and manufacturer-revenue guarantees, network reimbursement schedules, and administrative fee schedules;
3. Any third-party administrator (TPA) or consultant agreement governing the pharmacy benefit;
4. The most recent annual PBM performance, rebate, or guarantee reconciliation report delivered to The Texas A&M University System.

If The Texas A&M University System participates in TRS-ActiveCare or another pooled program for pharmacy benefits, please state so in writing in lieu of items 1 through 4.

I request the records in electronic form (PDF) delivered to the email address below. If any portion is withheld, please identify the specific exception claimed and, as required by Section 552.301, notify me in writing if a ruling is requested from the Office of the Attorney General. If the estimated charges exceed the amount that requires an itemized statement under Section 552.2615, please provide that itemized estimate before proceeding.
