PBM vendor: Gainwell Technologies LLC
Effective June 24, 2022 with an LBB completion date of June 24, 2027. Amendment 1 moved the operations start date to March 30, 2024 and lowered the total contract amount. Amendment 2 replaced Attachments B, K and L. This is the Medicaid pharmacy benefits administrator contract (claims, formulary, drug utilization review, rebates, call center), not an employee plan PBM contract.
