PBM vendor: United HealthCare Services, Inc. (OptumRx)
Effective January 1, 2025. Three year initial term with two one year renewal options running through December 31, 2029. Authorized by ordinance 24-1835. Attachment D-5 (fees) and Attachment D-6 (guarantees) are included in the posted copy, which makes this the most complete local government PBM contract we found in Texas.
