Serious tests,straight prices

Tests from $199 · clinician order and results review included

Health platforms sell a membership and leave the testing out of the price. Here every test is ordered by a licensed clinician at one published one-time price that covers the order, the lab fee, and a human walking you through the results.

Provider approval required. A licensed provider reviews every request and prescribes only when clinically appropriate, we never sell prescription medication directly.

A clinician taking notes at a desk with a stethoscope and laptop

Ordered by a human.Explained by one, too.

Every test here is ordered and reviewed by a licensed clinician, you get an explanation, not just a PDF of numbers. If a result needs follow-up care, they tell you plainly what kind and how urgent.

Results without clinical context are how people end up terrified or falsely reassured. The order and the results review are included in every published price.

Four steps.A clinician on both ends.

Pick the test, or ask first

Choose a test and start the online visit, or book a free consultation with the care team if you are not sure which one fits. The consultation costs nothing, and every test price is published up front.

A clinician orders it

These are clinical laboratory tests, so a licensed clinician reviews your request and places the order. The order is included in the published price.

Collection happens

At home by kit with prepaid return for some tests, at a partner draw site for blood-based ones like Galleri. The exact logistics are confirmed before you pay.

Results, explained

A clinician reviews your results with you, what they mean, what they do not, and what follow-up, if any, makes sense. An explanation, not just a PDF of numbers.

What a test can tell you, and what it can’t.

Screening isn't diagnosis

Galleri screens for a shared signal of many cancers, but a positive result requires diagnostic follow-up to confirm, and a negative result doesn't rule cancer out. It adds to recommended screenings like colonoscopy and mammography, it doesn't replace them.

Some tests are debated

Functional tests like DUTCH and methylation panels are used widely in integrative practice, but not all clinicians agree on how actionable they are. Your clinician will be candid about what your results can and can't support.

Results come with a human

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about collection logistics, why a clinician order is required, and when insurance or a standard blood panel is the better move.

See every price
Do I have to pay to talk to someone first?
No. The consultation with the care team is free. Book it, talk through what you are trying to learn, and the only thing that ever costs money is a test a clinician actually orders for you, at its published price.
How does collection work?
It depends on the test. Some use at-home collection kits (urine, stool) shipped to your door with prepaid return; blood-based tests like Galleri use a draw at a partner location near you. The order confirms the exact logistics before you pay.
Why is a clinician order required?
These are clinical laboratory tests, a licensed clinician must order them, and should: results without clinical context are how people end up terrified or falsely reassured. The order and the results review are included in the price.
Will insurance cover these?
Usually not, most of these tests are cash-pay almost everywhere, which is exactly why we publish every price. If your insurance does cover a test you need, use it; we’d rather you pay less.
What if I just need standard blood work?
Routine panels like CBC, metabolic, lipids, and hormones are simpler and cheaper than the specialized tests on this page, and most primary care providers order them as a matter of course. If you are not sure what you need, start the online visit and ask; a clinician will tell you plainly, including when a standard panel is the better move.

Ask a harder question. Get a straight price.

Start the online visit. A licensed clinician orders the right test, or tells you which one you don't need.
