Our ranking is never for sale: results are always sorted lowest-price first, and no pharmacy, coupon network, or manufacturer can pay to rank higher or be featured. We surface cheaper home-delivery options like Cost Plus and Amazon Pharmacy even when they aren't ours. TrumpRx (trumprx.gov) is the federal cash-pay discount site: negotiated brand-name deals plus, since May 2026, hundreds of generics powered by partners like GoodRx, Amazon Pharmacy, and Cost Plus Drugs. Cash purchases through coupon apps or TrumpRx generally don't count toward insurance deductibles.
Data sources & transparency
Where the numbers come from
For each medication we run source adapters that read public pricing from major pharmacies, store generic programs, transparent-pricing pharmacies, and free coupon networks. Every quote stores its source and the time it was fetched, and results are ranked by price with no paid placement. For the full source list, refresh cadence, and accuracy limits, see how prices work.
Limitations to keep in mind
- ·We show cash and discount prices, not your personal insurance copay. A covered plan can sometimes beat any cash price shown here.
- ·Prices are verified from public sources and can change between the time we fetch them and the time you fill. Always confirm at the counter.
- ·Coverage is not universal. If a source does not publish a price for a drug, or a fetch fails, that option may be missing from a given search.
- ·We do not dispense medication and give no medical advice. Whether a drug or alternative is right for you is a decision for your prescriber or pharmacist.

Where do your prices come from?+
For each medication we run source adapters covering transparent-pricing and mail-order pharmacies (like Mark Cuban Cost Plus, Amazon Pharmacy, Honeybee, Blink, HealthWarehouse and licensed international mail-order), store generic programs (such as the Walmart $4 list, Costco member pricing, H-E-B and Sam's Club), and our own free BetterBuy Rx discount card, which prices at retail pharmacy counters nationwide. Each quote records its source and the time it was fetched.
How are results ranked?+
By price. No pharmacy pays to rank higher. Wholesale benchmark figures such as NADAC are shown only as a reference and are never presented as a price you can buy at.
How often are prices updated?+
