Comparing prices is free
You can search any medication and compare prices without paying anything and without an account. There is no paywall on the comparison itself.
We are funded by donations
BetterBuyRx is supported by voluntary donations from a small share of the people who use it. Those donations cover the price-collection engine, the database, and the engineering behind them. If you find the tool useful, you can donate to keep it free. Donations are voluntary and are not tax-deductible.
No pharmacy pays for placement
Results are ranked by price. No pharmacy, coupon network, or manufacturer can pay to rank higher or to be featured. Wholesale benchmark figures such as NADAC are shown only as a reference and are never presented as a price you can buy at. You can read the details of the ranking approach on our methodology page.
No referral commissions, no ads
We do not take pharmacy referral commissions or affiliate fees, and we do not run third-party ad pixels or cross-site ad tracking. We also do not sell personal data. We avoid these revenue sources on purpose, because each one would create pressure to steer you somewhere other than the lowest price.
