Do I need labs before I start?

Yes. TRT decisions without labs are guesswork, and providers here won’t prescribe on guesswork. Recent results (typically within the last 6 months) can be uploaded during the visit. If you don’t have them, your provider will point you to low-cost lab options first.

That’s a clinical decision, not a menu choice. Broadly: TRT replaces testosterone directly and reliably raises levels, but suppresses your own production and fertility.
