Testosterone, online care

$149/month ongoing · free doctor consultation included

Hone’s $65 gets you tested. TRT costs more.

After the opening test comes a membership of up to $155 a month, plus medication if approved. BetterBuy Rx has no membership fee and publishes its treatment prices.

Provider approval required. A licensed provider reviews every request and prescribes only when clinically appropriate, we never sell prescription medication directly.

Three protocols, three receipts

The first month costs more. We show you why.

New-patient months carry the full evaluation; refills don’t, so the published refill price is lower. Both numbers are locked at booking.

TRT, first month

$249/mo all-in

TRT replaces testosterone directly and reliably raises levels. The first month carries the full evaluation, then the published price drops to the refill number.

A licensed provider reviews your health history and makes the final call.

The receipt

One number a month. Nothing riding on top.

Every protocol has one published price: $249 for the full first month, $149/mo after. The booking link carries the price with it, so the number on this page is the number you are charged. No membership fee, no processing surcharge.

Comparable online TRT clinics typically run $155 to $199/mo all-in once labs and membership fees are counted. We publish our whole number up front, compare freely.

How it works

Labs first. Decisions second. Always a provider.

01

Online visit

Health history, symptoms, goals, completed online in about 10 minutes.

02

Labs reviewed

A licensed provider reviews your hormone labs. Recent results work; if you need labs, they'll point you to affordable options.

03

Protocol decision

TRT, enclomiphene, or neither, prescribed only when clinically appropriate. If treatment isn't right for you, they'll say so.

04

Shipped + monitored

Medication ships free from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, with ongoing provider oversight and follow-up labs as needed.

Read this part

Testosterone is real medicine with real trade-offs.

Fertility & natural production

TRT suppresses your body’s own testosterone and sperm production, sometimes lastingly. If future fertility matters to you, tell your provider; alternatives like enclomiphene exist for exactly this reason.

Blood pressure & blood counts

FDA-required labeling warns that testosterone can raise blood pressure, and treatment can raise red blood cell counts, both reasons ongoing monitoring is part of the program, not an upsell.

Who it's for, per FDA

Testosterone products are approved for men with hypogonadism from specific medical conditions; FDA labeling notes that benefit for age-related low testosterone alone hasn’t been established. Your provider screens for the difference, that’s the point of the visit.

Source: FDA class-wide labeling changes for testosterone products (2025). Full treatment-by-treatment safety information: including FDA label sources, is here. Seek medical care immediately for signs of a blood clot, chest pain, or an allergic reaction.

Do you qualify?

A quick, honest read before you book.

This may be a fit if

  • Men with low-testosterone symptoms, fatigue, low libido, reduced drive, plus labs showing low testosterone
  • Men who want a fertility-preserving option, enclomiphene is on this page for exactly that reason
  • Men willing to do follow-up labs, monitoring is part of the program

This is not for you if

  • You want a prescription without lab work, providers here will not prescribe on guesswork
  • You are trying to conceive now and want TRT specifically, it suppresses sperm production, ask about enclomiphene instead
  • Your only concern is age-related decline with normal labs, FDA labeling notes benefit has not been established there

None of this is a diagnosis. A licensed provider reviews your labs and health history and prescribes only when clinically appropriate. A free call with the care team is always available first.

Fair questions

Asked and answered.

Why does the first month cost more than refills?
Because it contains more medicine and more work: the full evaluation, your labs review, and the protocol decision. When the work drops at refill time, the published price drops to $149/mo with it. Open any card to see what the price covers.
Do I need labs before I start?
Yes. TRT decisions without labs are guesswork, and providers here won’t prescribe on guesswork. Recent results (typically within the last 6 months) can be uploaded during the visit. If you don’t have them, your provider will point you to low-cost lab options first.
TRT or enclomiphene, which one?
That’s a clinical decision, not a menu choice. Broadly: TRT replaces testosterone directly and reliably raises levels, but suppresses your own production and fertility. Enclomiphene nudges your body to make more of its own, preserving fertility, with more variable results. Your provider weighs your labs, symptoms, and goals.
What's actually in the price?
The provider visit, ongoing oversight, the medication itself, and shipping, all inside the one published price. No processing fee, no lab-review surcharge. Follow-up lab work itself is ordered where you prefer and billed by the lab, not marked up by us.
Is there a membership fee?
No. Included with your free Gold membership. You pay for the visit and the medication, nothing else. No monthly fee, ever. Treatments and medications are priced separately, at the prices published on this page, and signup and payment happen inside your BetterBuy Rx care portal.
Can I transfer from another TRT clinic?
Yes. Bring your current protocol and most recent labs to the online visit and your provider can continue or adjust it as appropriate. There’s no transfer fee, and every treatment price you’d pay is published on this page.
