4-in-1 hair loss formula
4-in-1 hair loss formula is available online through BetterBuyRx as of August 2026, with published pricing from $199. An online visit comes first, a licensed provider reviews it, and treatment proceeds only if the provider decides it is appropriate for you.
The formula is typically built around minoxidil and finasteride, with supporting actives confirmed by your provider. The FDA label excerpts below cover those two actives as standalone products, not the combined formula itself.
Provider approval required. A licensed provider reviews every request and prescribes only when clinically appropriate, we never sell prescription medication directly.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved
Compounded medications, including compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, are not FDA-approved as compounded products. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. A licensed provider will determine whether a compounded or brand-name medication is appropriate for you.
