How BetterBuyRx verifies every price (and what we won't show you)

Every price on BetterBuyRx starts at one of three sources: a public pharmacy product page (Cost Plus, Costco), a public coupon network (GoodRx), or CMS NADAC wholesale data. We do not invent prices.
If we cannot verify a real, current price for a drug, we say so — and suggest verified alternatives. That is the difference between price-comparison and price-fiction.
We refresh every quote at minimum every 72 hours. Most refresh hourly via cron.
